Care Instructions:
Allow the oven to cool completely before cleaning. Brush residue from the cordierite stone when cool; do not soak it or place it in a dishwasher. Wipe the oven exterior with a soft damp cloth. Store under cover and disconnect the gas bottle when not in use.
